  3. Le Pro Tips:

    • Consistently the Le Pro delivers the Best Hit and Performance.  During competition the miscue is a deadly enemy.  Nick knows he can count on the Le Pro to avoid costly and disappointing miscues.  The Le Pro is not too hard and not too soft. It is a medium to medium firm hit and feel.

  4. Pro Performance 2000X Ferrules:

    • The Pro Performance 2000X has the following advantages:

      1. Deflects less, resulting in more pocketed balls.

      2. Delivers a quieter and more solid hit, especially when using left and right English.

      3. It is great looking on your cue.

      4. It is virtually unbreakable.

    • The Pro Performance 2000X Construction:

      1. The ferrules are an expensive linen base material that comes in solid rod form.

      2. The rods are cut into 1” pieces.

      3. Next, the 1” pieces are threaded ¾” into the ferrule.

      4. The treading is stopped at ¼” from the top of the ferrule leaving a solid cap so the tip only glues to one material, the ferrule. This is much better than the tip gluing to two materials (wood tenon and ferrule). This will give you a more consistent hit and feel. It will also be a quiet hit. No unnecessary noise. Also, the tip is less likely to fall off. Remember: The tip is very important; it is the only part of the cue that comes into contact with the cue ball.

      5. Next, a glue relief hole is drilled through the top of the ferrule cap. The reason is when the ferrule is glued to the threaded wood tenon, the excess glue can escape through the hole, without the hole, the glue could dry and break off causing unwanted noise when playing.

      6. Now we thread the wood tenon on the shaft.

      7. Last, we screw the ferrule onto the wood tenon and glue the ferrule into place.

  5. Hard Rock Maple Shaft:

    • We use only the BEST Hard Rock Maple Shafts. Our shafts go thru several months of shaping and curing. All of our shafts are kiln dried. Our shafts undergo months of shaping, sealing and curing, and then each shaft is individually examined to ensure the cleanest, tightest and straightest grain possible. It takes over 6 months to make our shafts.
